This lovely country house in Midhurst is renowned for its relaxed atmosphere and intimate character, this large country house offers a friendly, non-intrusive service in a beautiful house party venue, where guests have all the comforts they need in a traditionally styled Victorian home. Founded in 1948, many improvements have been made over the years, but none of the charm or ambience of the house has been lost.

• Style: Furnished with a blend of antique furniture and an array of contemporary art.
• Bedrooms: 12 individually designed en suite bedrooms, including 3 set doubles and 2 family suites in the main house, with two cottages - sleeping two and four - adjacent to the main house.

• For recreation: Swimming pool, tennis courts, croquet, board games and bridge

Set in 10 acres of private parkland and beautifully landscaped gardens including a heated outdoor swimming pool (May to September) grass tennis courts, croquet lawn, 6-hole golf course (BYO golf equipment).

• In-house cuisine: Any sort of event or private party can be organised according to your requirements, from a banquet in The Sussex Barn to a lavish garden party with a marquee in the beautifully landscaped grounds. All meals are made using only fresh, homemade, wholesome traditional food, served in either the dining room or the conservatory. Evening meals from £30; breakfast and lunch from £15.
